Services Offered
Individual, Family, Couples Counseling
LTS Counseling LLC offers individual, family, and couples counseling to clients ages 10 and up. These services are offered in 30, 45, and 60 minute increments.
Areas of treatment focus include: ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, Trauma and PTSD, and Substance Use Disorders.
Clinical Concierge
Sometimes, finding the “right fit” can be hard; depending upon your symptoms and their severity, or specific traits you may be seeking in a clinician, LTS Counseling is here to help! If we cannot provide services for any reason, we are here to help link you with an appropriate treatment provider!
About LTS Counseling
LTS Counseling opened in February 2025 in Simsbury, CT. It is run by Alexis Niemann, a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience. Alexis has worked in schools, homes, and clinics, helping individuals, couples, and families with mental health and substance abuse issues. Treatments focus on ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, substance abuse, and PTSD.
LTS Counseling is currently on a waitlist, with anticipated openings at the end of the summer.
