Mental Health Counseling
LTS Counseling LLC offers individual, family, and couples counseling. These services are offered in 30, 45, and 60 minute increments.
Areas of treatment focus include: ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, Trauma and PTSD, and Substance Use Disorders.
Clinical Concierge
Sometimes, finding the “right fit” can be hard; depending upon your symptoms and their severity, or specific traits you may be seeking in a clinician, LTS Counseling is here to help! If we cannot provide services for any reason, we are here to help link you with an appropriate treatment provider!
Coming Soon: AAMFT-Approved Supervision
Coming in late 2025, LTS Counseling will be offering AAMFT-Approved Supervision to license-eligible LMFTA’s in the state of Connecticut!
